Ashton Kutcher is still wearing his wedding ring. The actor showed off a clean-shaven, short-haired new look at the TCAs on Wednesday — complete with the remnant of his marriage to Demi Moore. Although he didn’t discuss the accessory, Kutcher addressed his makeover — which he said is “related to the show, completely.”

Reports say that Halle Berry has been secretly engaged to her boyfriend Olivier Martinez for about six months. According to Star Magazine, an insider said, “Halle is very serious about this marriage. She’s ready.”A second source told the magazine, “Olivier has become her rock. Halle feels Olivier has made a connection and a commitment to her and her daughter.”

More Drama for Lindsay Lohan.. A paparazzo is suing Lindsay, claiming that a vehicle carrying the starlet hit him in January of 2010. Grigor Balyan admits in his lawsuit that Lohan’s assistant was the driver who hit him — but he’s going after Lindsay, because he says she dictated who was behind the wheel. Balyan’s lawyer says his client needed treatment for orthopedic and neurologic injuries and claims Lindsay’s insurance company only made “an insignificant offer.” His client is supposedly looking for “reasonable compensation.”

Lindsay Lohan is not dropping her last name. Despite widespread reports – supposedly coming from the starlet’s mother – Lindsay’s rep said that the starlet isn’t getting rid of ‘Lohan’ to distance herself from her father. The rep released a statement saying, “Lindsay Lohan has not changed her name. It remains Lindsay Lohan.”

Steve-O was arrested in Canada on Sunday for an incident that occurred eight years ago.TMZ.com reported that the Jackass star was stopped at customs when officials noticed a warrant for his arrest, which was issued in 2003. He is accused of attacking an unidentified person with an unknown object. Steve-O was released on $10,000 bail – which he paid in cash – and ordered to return to court in May.

Prince William’s bachelor party was held over the weekend. Royal officials confirmed that the ‘stag party’ has taken place, but they didn’t provide any details. The Daily Telegraph speculated that William and about 20 friends headed to a country house in Norfolk, England for a weekend party that centered around water sports. William’s brother Harry was reportedly responsible for organizing the event.

Will Ferrell has been teasing reporters that his guest stint on The Office could turn into a full-time job. He told the New York Daily News, “That’s a very distinct possibility. It’s looking good!” He told another reporter, “Yes, I’m taking over. My character’s name is Deangelo Vickers, he loves the American Southwest, and he’s just kind of in his own way going to step into Michael Scott’s shoes and try to fill them. I’m friends with Steve and a fan of the show, and I just selfishly wanted to do one episode with him, and they pitched multiple ones, and I said, ‘That’d be great.’”

The Jersey Shore cast shouldn’t expect a warm welcome when they arrive in Italy to begin filming the fourth season of their MTV hit. The reality show recently started airing in Italy – and has been met with outrage. Columnist Roberto Del Bove wrote in New Notzie newspaper, “They embody the worst stereotypes of Italians, multiplied by thousands and Americanized.”

Britney Spears has announced that she will join President Obama’s new anti-bullying campaign. The president and first lady, Michelle Obama, announced a new anti-bullying summit via Facebook. They are enlisting people across the country to help join the movement to stop bullying.

Steve Carell’s last appearance on The Office will be April 28th. The episode, which wrapped production last week, will air on the first day of May sweeps. Although it’s Carell’s swan song, the episode does not mark the season finale.

Lindsay Lohan has more time to decide whether or not she wants to go to jail without a fight. At her Thursday court appearance, the starlet was granted another interim hearing on March 25 if she wants to accept a confidential offer for a plea deal. If Lindsay does decide to accept the deal — which definitely includes jail time — the court must be notified by March 23rd. If she does not accept the offer, a preliminary hearing on the felony grand theft charge will be scheduled for April 22nd.

Charlie Sheen filed a $100,000,000 lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre on Thursday (March 10th). TMZ.com reported that Sheen is demanding payment for the eight episodes of Two and a Half Men that were canceled this season — as well as payment for the cast and crew. He is also asking for punitive damages.

 Sheen’s lawyer Marty Singer wrote in the lawsuit, “Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, ‘Two and a Half Men,’ in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre’s own conduct.”

Justin Bieber almost got arrested — for causing a riot! The pop star was holed up in his hotel in Liverpool, England as a mob of screaming fans waited outside. Police warned Justin that it could turn into a possible riot situation and advised him to stay inside. Justin tweeted that he was upset that he couldn’t show love to his fans. He tweeted, “i cant even say hi to my fans outside cuz of the police. some bull. trying to work it out so i can say whatup to my fans.”

Eventually, once the Liverpool police believed that they could contain the mob, Justin was allowed to go on his balcony and wave at the fans surrounding his hotel.

Britney Spears is facing a multi-million dollar lawsuit for plagarism. Britney is accused of stealing the rock ballad “If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body Would You Hold It Against Me” by the Bellamy Brothers.
The American singers claim Britney’s song is too close to their own 1979 hit, which topped the charts in six countries — and The Daily Star reported that David and Howard Bellamy are set to meet with lawyers. David said, “Howard and I have no personal beef with Britney. She’s a talented gal. But professionally we feel completely ripped off. We will without doubt take the appropriate legal action if our attorneys agree we’ve been ripped off.” Britney’s team is staying quiet until her lawyers are alerted.

Lindsay Lohan has lined up a job. RadarOnline.com reports that the troubled starlet has committed to star in the upcoming drama, Escaping the Game. Although Lindsay is facing jail time if convicted of felony grand theft, producer Nathan Folks says he is optimistic that Lindsay will skirt the charge.

Paris Hilton may be getting married soon. The heiress and her boyfriend Cy Waits were spotted shopping for engagement rings in New York last week.

The Liam Neeson thriller Unknown opened at the top of the four-day holiday weekend box office, starring Neeson as a man who wakes up from a coma after an accident to discover that his wife claims she doesn’t know him and another man has taken his identity.  Gnomeo and Juliet placed second place.

Debuting in third place was the action movie I Am Number Four, starring Alex Pettyfer as a teenage alien refugee on Earth who develops superpowers to battle the invaders that destroyed his planet.

Last week’s top movie, the romantic comedy Just Go With It, fell to fourth place.
The comedy Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son, the third movie in the Big Momma franchise, opened in fifth place. Martin Lawrence returns to his role as a federal agent who goes undercover as a large woman as he tries to catch a killer at an all-girls school.

Charlie Sheen is anxious to get back to work on Two and a Half Men — and he’s angry that the show isn’t ready to start back up quite yet. When asked about widespread reports that the show is on hiatus due to his addiction treatment, Charlie told a radio host, “No, we’re on forced hiatus. They said you get ready, we’ll get ready. And I got ready and went back and nobody’s there.”
Charlie admitted that the show went dark so that he could recover, but he said, “They didn’t think it was going to happen this fast. I heal really quickly, but I also unravel pretty quickly, so get me right now, guys. Get me right now!”

Lindsay Lohan says that she was too busy to return the necklace in question before it prompted a felony grand theft charge. Lindsay admits to walking off with a $2,500 necklace from a California jewelry store, but says the whole situation was a misunderstanding. According to the police report, Lindsay’s assistant told cops, “Ms. Lohan was in possession of the necklace and wanted to give the necklace back to the store the day after she took it from the store, but she was very busy.”

Lady Gaga has been named the highest-earning pop star of 2010. Gaga topped Billboard’s Money Makers list, with earnings of more than $30.5 million last year. Bon Jovi was second in the rundown with $30.4 million, while Pink Floyd star Roger Waters is third with $24.4 million. The Dave Matthews Band is the fourth biggest-grossing act of 2010, with $23.9 million, and Justin Bieber is fifth with $22.4 million. The top 10 is rounded out by Taylor Swift $20.7 million, Michael Buble $19.8 million, the Eagles $18.3 million, the Black Eyed Peas $16.8 million, and Sir Paul McCartney $14.1 million.

Jessica Simpson is gracing the cover of this week’s New York Magazine because of her growing fame as a fashion mogul. We’ve all seen her playing up her silliness in commercials for Macy’s but The Jessica Simpson Collection is serious business — reportedly on track to make $1 billion in sales this year. Simpson’s manager explained, “A girl could go to the shopping mall with her mother and she’d have a great new outfit and still have some money left for lunch at McDonald’s. She can look like Jessica Simpson, smell like Jessica Simpson, and she can afford it.”

Lindsay Lohan pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of grand theft in court on Wednesday and was released after paying $40,000 bail. She is accused of stealing a $2,500 from a California jewelry store. Lindsay was also ordered to stay away from the jewelry store that she allegedly stole the $2,500 necklace from.

Despite the fact that he’ll appear as a reality star this season on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump, Meat Loaf took time to knock Steven Tyler for becoming a judge on American Idol. He told USA Today, “I think Steven is one of the great rock vocalists of all time. I have so much respect for him (but) there’s just something about me that says, ‘I love Steven but I don’t want to see him on American Idol.

It looks like the marriage between Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman is coming closer to an official end. US Weekly reports that Christina’s estranged husband filed new court papers in LA to expedite and finalize their divorce. The papers sort out the issue of custody arrangements for their son Max as well as all matters regarding property, assets and debts. Despite the impending divorce, an insider recently told Us Weekly that Bratman had refused to move out of the nearly $12 million Beverly Hills mansion he and Aguilera shared.

To some, Charlie Sheen’s image is actually improving in light of his recent troubles. Over a quarter of those surveyed by The Hollywood Reporter said that they view Sheen “much more” or “somewhat more” favorably after his recent antics — which include several drug-and-porn star-filled benders and hospitalizations. His now-public behavior is also doing nothing to harm Two and a Half Men, which has retained its standing as the most-watched comedy on television with about 15 million regular viewers.

Jennifer Aniston isn’t doing much to stop the constant rumors that swirl around her personal life. Although she swears she’s happy to be 42, single and childless — the actress told People magazine that babies and marriage are in her future.

Contrary to reports, Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding will not be broadcast in 3D. A palace spokesperson announced, “After careful consideration we have decided not to progress with 3D coverage of the service on this occasion. There are a number of reasons for this, most notably the additional camera footprint in the abbey.”

Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft today. TMZ.com reported that a single count of felony grand theft — stemming from allegations that the starlet stole a $2,500 necklace — will be filed at Airport Court in L.A. this morning. Lindsay is already planning her defense. A source told RadarOnline.com, “There were two witnesses with Lindsay in the store who are going to tell her side of the story. Her assistant Eleanor and her friend Patrick were with her and they saw everything and they both know that Lindsay didn’t steal the necklace.”

Matthew Perry has spilled the beans on Justin Bieber’s secret identity. Perry told Ellen DeGeneres yesterday that he found out that when Bieber checks into a hotel, he checks in under the name of Perry’s Friends character, Chandler Bing.
