He’s a two yr old Beagle/Basset Hound mix that was transferred to Leeds Grenville from another OSPCA branch. He’s been with us since the end of October. We’re now doing our Meet Your Match program with our dogs as well and Alfred has a “Busy Bee” personality. He’s very playful, naturally curious and trusting. Take him for a big walk – he really loves that. He likes to have tasks and jobs but once those are done for the day, he’ll curl up at your feet and relax with you.

This week we have “Dudette”
She is an 8 year old, Jack russell mix and is already spayed.
She is housetrained, friendly with adults but has never really been around children.
She is good with other dogs but tolerates cats.
Dudette knows that when you say outside to her, she knows she is going out and her little tail wags all the time when you talk to her.
She was surrendered by her owner and has been at the shelter since Sept.21

Hi my name’s Ace and I’m a 3yr male “MinPin” ( miniature pinscher) that’s black & brown in colour.  I love to play and have a lot of energy to keep active. I’ll make a great companion as I’m eager to learn my manners. I’m not used to small/young children so I’d be more comfortable in house with adults and youths. Also I’m confident and I do like to be the alpha dog. I do like to get outside and walk and am comfortable on a leash. Why don‘t you come and take me for a walk?
