Jon Cryer Impersonates Charlie Sheen

Tonight’s episode of Two and a Half Men will feature Jon Cryer’s character, Alan, impersonating Charlie Sheen. Here’s a quick clip of the transformation!

Charlie Sheen Tell-all Book (?)

Chuck Lorre hinted that he might be writing a tell-all book about his famous feud with Charlie Sheen. At the conclusion of Monday night’s episode of Two and a Half Men, Lorre posted a vanity card that referenced his contentious battle with Sheen — insinuating that there could be more drama in the future.

Although he never referenced Charlie by name, Lorre’s target seems obvious.

He wrote, “Sometime last year I realized I had become the unwilling contestant in a reality show. I didn’t understand the rules, wasn’t sure if there even were any, and pretty much hated every second of it. For many months I kept hoping and praying that it would end. But it did not. Somewhere along the way, something inside me died. Anyway, now, suddenly, I’m being told that the reality show’s been cancelled. Apparently, it was just one of those things that somehow got out of control. Sorry. Whoops. Live and learn. Moving on. Game over. And that’s fine. I am so good with that. Yes, please, let’s all move on. There’s just one problem. That thing inside me that died? It walks at night. It’s angry. It’s hungry. And worst of all… it’s writing a tell-all book.”

Earlier this year, Sheen threatened to pen his own tell-all book, titled When the Laughter Stopped

$700, 000 eh!?

He’s not making Charlie Sheen money, but according to TV Guide, Ashton Kutcher is the highest-paid sitcom actor on television, having secured a $700,000 per episode salary for his role on Two and a Half Men. Even though Ashton has only taped one episode of the show, he’s making more than co-star Jon Cryer, who pulls in a mere $600,000 per episode.

Hugh Laurie ties Ashton with a $700,000 salary — but he’s on the dramatic end of the spectrum with House.

In other salary disparity news, Christina Aguilera rakes in three times as much as her fellow coaches on The Voice. TV Guide reported that the singer earns $225,000 an episode, while Adam Levine, Cee-Lo Green and Blake Shelton only make $75,000 for each show.

Charlie’s New TV Show

Charlie Sheen has officially announced his new television project: an adaptation of the 2003 movie Anger Management. Charlie will play the character originated by Jack Nicholson in the film – an ex-athlete balancing his own temper problems and those of the criminal defendants he counsels.

In a statement released by Lionsgate, Charlie said of the project, “I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept. It also provides me with real ownership in the series, a certain amount of creative control and the chance to be back in business with one of my favorite movie producers of all time, Joe Roth.”
