Don’t Forget the Lyrics..

I guess this just goes to show celebrities are human afterall..

Will.I.Am is known to be a big fan of technology — so it’s no surprise that a smartphone came to his aid at a recent performance. The Black Eyes Peas member almost flubbed his lines during a taped performance of “Don’t Stop the Party” on the French television show, Taratata. Luckily, Will used his phone to read the lyrics.

Charlie Sheen is anxious to get back to work on Two and a Half Men — and he’s angry that the show isn’t ready to start back up quite yet. When asked about widespread reports that the show is on hiatus due to his addiction treatment, Charlie told a radio host, “No, we’re on forced hiatus. They said you get ready, we’ll get ready. And I got ready and went back and nobody’s there.”
Charlie admitted that the show went dark so that he could recover, but he said, “They didn’t think it was going to happen this fast. I heal really quickly, but I also unravel pretty quickly, so get me right now, guys. Get me right now!”

Lindsay Lohan says that she was too busy to return the necklace in question before it prompted a felony grand theft charge. Lindsay admits to walking off with a $2,500 necklace from a California jewelry store, but says the whole situation was a misunderstanding. According to the police report, Lindsay’s assistant told cops, “Ms. Lohan was in possession of the necklace and wanted to give the necklace back to the store the day after she took it from the store, but she was very busy.”

Lady Gaga has been named the highest-earning pop star of 2010. Gaga topped Billboard’s Money Makers list, with earnings of more than $30.5 million last year. Bon Jovi was second in the rundown with $30.4 million, while Pink Floyd star Roger Waters is third with $24.4 million. The Dave Matthews Band is the fourth biggest-grossing act of 2010, with $23.9 million, and Justin Bieber is fifth with $22.4 million. The top 10 is rounded out by Taylor Swift $20.7 million, Michael Buble $19.8 million, the Eagles $18.3 million, the Black Eyed Peas $16.8 million, and Sir Paul McCartney $14.1 million.

Jessica Simpson is gracing the cover of this week’s New York Magazine because of her growing fame as a fashion mogul. We’ve all seen her playing up her silliness in commercials for Macy’s but The Jessica Simpson Collection is serious business — reportedly on track to make $1 billion in sales this year. Simpson’s manager explained, “A girl could go to the shopping mall with her mother and she’d have a great new outfit and still have some money left for lunch at McDonald’s. She can look like Jessica Simpson, smell like Jessica Simpson, and she can afford it.”

Super Bowl Halftime Show

Missed the halftime show – or just want to see it again!? We’ve got you covered!!

Christina Aguilera found out why most performers pre-record their vocals when singing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. The singer messed up the lyrics to “The Star Spangled Banner,” replacing “o’er the ramparts we watched” with “what so proudly we watched.”

The Black Eyed Peas got mostly negative reviews for their futuristic halftime performance. The sound quality of the medley — and Fergie’s vocals — were widely panned, but the blogosphere was slightly more receptive to the accompanying light show.

The group kicked off the show with “I Gotta Feeling,” followed by “Boom Boom Pow” and “Sweet Child of Mine” with Slash on guitar. Next up was “Pump It,” “Let’s Get It Started,” a performance of “OMG” by Usher and “Where Is the Love?” — before they closed with “The Time,” their adaptation of the Dirty Dancing anthem, “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life.”   CHECK IT OUT…

A person familiar with the plans for the Super Bowl halftime show tells The Associated Press that R-and-B star Usher and former Guns ‘N Roses guitarist Slash are slated to make surprise appearances Sunday. Usher and Slash are supposed to join the Black Eyed Peas, who are the main halftime act at Super Bowl 45 between Pittsburgh and Green Bay.

James Cameron was the richest man in Hollywood last year. The Avatar director topped Vanity Fair’s list of the top Hollywood movie earners in 2010 after banking an estimated $257 million from the 3D hit. Johnny Depp came in a distant second, pocketing a mere $100 million from movies like Alice in Wonderland, The Tourist and upfront payments for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Steven Spielberg, Inception director Christopher Nolan and Leonardo DiCaprio rounded out the top five.

Lady Gaga’s rep has called out reports claiming the pop star has an out-of-control cocaine and drug habit. Star magazine cites a supposed pal, who says the singer has hit “rock bottom” and gone off “the deep end,” adding that Gaga “relies heavily on cocaine to give her the pump in creativity that she thinks it sparks.” But a rep tells GossipCop.com that the story is “ridiculous.” Still, the Star insider goes on to say that Gaga has a “crazy room” in her house where she gets high, “writes all over the walls” in charcoal and then gets everything repainted. The insider adds, “The idea for her meat costume was the result of a coke-fueled binge that she went on.”
Gaga has confessed to doing cocaine more heavily when she was younger and has said she still uses it on occasion.

Ricky Gervais says that it is NBC who wants him back to host the Golden Globes — acknowledging that the Hollywood Foreign Press has no interest in a reprisal. The president of the organization issued a public denial earlier this week after Gervais told Heat magazine that he’d been invited back to the show, despite a controversial performance last month. After the public misunderstanding, Gervais blogged, “The TV show organizers said they were happy with everything and asked me to not rule out a third gig. However, it is not entirely up to them. The Hollywood Foreign Press and various other committees need to meet and agree. I have no idea if they want me back again.”
He added, “It depends whether they care about fifty delicate egos in the room or the 200 million people watching at home who want a laugh. Also, even if they did want me back, at the moment I’m pretty sure I shouldn’t do it. But I’ll tell you this. If they do invite me back and I accept, I’m going to pull exactly the same or even worse.”

Charlie Sheen released a statement on Wednesday, acknowledging the people who are supporting him through his troubles. He said, “I have a lot of work to do to be able to return the support I have received from so many people. I want to say, ‘Thank-you’ to my fellow cast members, the crew of Two and a Half Men, and everyone at CBS and Warner Bros. for their concern and support.”
Sheen began a personalized treatment program last weekend after he was hospitalized last week. Two and a Half Men is currently on hiatus as a result.
