East Region O-P-P have sent out stats from their Safety Without Borders campaign.
They made 26-hundred traffic stops, laying 682 charges – most of them were for speeding, but there were also seatbelt and distracted driving infractions.
The O-P-P were doing this at the same time as police in New York State to promote road safety.
